Bob Marlin Gear Return Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be satisfied. If you need to return an item, we offer exchanges or store credit for products in new, unused condition with original tags within 30 days of purchase. A valid order number and receipt are required.
Return Process
- Email your receipt to info@BobMarlinGear.com for a refund or exchange.
- Ship the item back at your own cost (no restocking fees).
- Email tracking details once shipped.
- Upon inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
Important Notes
- Damaged Items: Report any damaged items to info@BobMarlinGear.com.
- Lost Shipments: We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Third-Party Retailers: Items purchased outside BobMarlinGear.com must be returned to the original retailer.
